We are using Ken Barrick as our realtor for the second time. We have along association with Ken. He clearly understands our needs therefore value this very much when he shows the properties of our liking. When he takes us around, he will leave it to you to make the assessment, very happy to answer all your questions as able. Therefore you are not under pressure to make any decisions. The best thing is that he is available during evening and week ends. With these qualities he stands out with some of my other experience with realtors.
If you are looking for a realtor who would allow you to make the best independent decisions for yourself, then you are looking for Ken. He is never ''pushy'' (does not go on and on about any property he takes you around).
He is also very mindful about the seller's property too when he takes you around.
