Been here just over 2 years. Lots of growth, but a great area for a family. Kids enjoy the playgrounds and recently added basketball court. No crime, polite neighbors, and respectful drivers with all of the kids! Units are well designed and stylish, and lots of space depending on the layout. The property management group is quick to respond to any concerns as well. Come join the community!!

Love it here! The units are modern, clean, and well thought out when it comes to design/layout. Grocery stores, gas stations etc are right across the road. Family friendly. Lower units are perfect for singles and/or people just starting out, affordable rent which is hard to come by nowadays! I appreciate them for creating a beautiful and affordable space available for us younger generations.

I love living at Base10! Not only is the rent below average, the community is amazing. Everybody watches out for each other, a safe place. Landscape is regularly maintained and clean. Our property manager Michelle is amazing too, she's on top of things ensuring notices and updates are sent out in a timely manner.

Amazing place to live! Neighbours are nice & very family orientated. Love that it is walking distance to schools, grocery stores etc. Townhouses themselves are super nice! I love the double car garage in my unit as well as the open concept kitchen/living room. A great place to live!

Living in base 10 since April of 2022 has been great, being so close to everything and anything such as grocery stores, gas stations, and of course Tim Hortons (the best part) has been nothing short of fantastic. I have been renting since 2017 and this community has been the nicest I’ve lived in and the friends I’ve made along the way here have helped too. If I have ever had any issues in my suite they have been resolved rather quickly so I recommend anyone to rent here as it is a great area to live!

Have been in a plan B1 for roughly 2 years, quality of the build has been great, no issues aside from a blind that needed adjustment which Van Maran had rectified within 24hrs. Property management through the winter seasons was great and they were always ready. The location is nice for a stay at home parents with small children, close proximity to schools, parks, grocery and other shopping.

I have lived in the Base 10 Community for over a couple of years
The Townhouses and Property is well taken care of and maintained.
When I've had any issues they have been responded to quickly and efficiently.
It has been a quiet complex with friendly people and there is an online group where there is communication for any reason needed (if someone recieved another units meals or packages ☺️)
I highly recommend Base 10 for affordable rentals and great community.

They're nice because they're new and some of the most affordable units in Chilliwack as a rental . The strata has some of what I'd consider to be ridiculous rules . Parking is an absolute nightmare if you have more than one vehicle , a lot of the spots my car can't even get into and I drive a tiny 2 door hatchback , I found myself daily having to park 3 blocks down across the street at the high school . The first row of units have patios that back onto a cemetery , you'll be sitting down for a family dinner and hear people in the background having hysterical breakdowns visiting graves . The lower level units have the attached garage and even with extra weather stripping on the door my plates in the cupboards and every surface in the unit would have a layer of black carbon covering it from the upstairs tenants exhaust blowing directly into the unit . The unit I was in barely fit a tiny apartment sized futon . The bedroom could only fit a twin size bed because there are NO closets anywhere in the unit so you need to have at least one dresser and even then it's a tight squeeze . The only storage area is under the stairs but occupied by laundry and cut off by the angle of the stairs . Would be ok if you own the entire unit but the downstairs is suited for someone who does nothing but work and just uses the space for sleeping and bathing .
