It's a pity that there's no "zero stars" option. I've been living in this complex for two years, and the last four months have been hell. Firstly, I've encountered some problematic neighbors that I didn't expect to find in such a seemingly decent apartment complex, and secondly, I've faced complete inaction and disregard from the management.
I will describe the problems with my neighbor as follows: day and night, various people come to my neighbor's apartment, using the fire door of our unit exclusively for entering and exiting. They shout under our balconies, calling for my neighbor until he comes down and lets them in through the fire door. I am unable to sleep or even use my patio, as these people not only shout but also frequently sit on the porch under the fire door, smoking cigarettes and marijuana.
I also constantly find cigarette butts and other garbage from neighbour's balcony on my balcony. The lawn in front of the fire door is always littered with garbage. The visitors' screams occur at random times, such as 12 a.m., 3 a.m., or 5 a.m. It is impossible to relax before work. During these four hellish months, I have repeatedly called and emailed the management, but no one has responded, and the situation remains unchanged. Living here is frankly terrifying, as the neighbor's "visitors" have a strange appearance and behavior.
Now we even have homeless, sleeping under the stairs in our building, and management does nothing with it again.

Cassandra the agent that we dealth with was very friendly,attentive and helped us find the best unit that fit our needs as a family. She helped us with everything including the papework.when we thought we would not find a place due to the rental market. Our unit was nice and clean upon move in.

These buildings are also located in a great family/friendly location. Lots of paths around lake aquataine,a few minutes walk to meadowvale community centre which has a community pool as well as splash pad. I also love how we have access to an outdoor swimming pool in the summer.

The leasing agent: Cassandra was an extreme pleasure to deal with. I viewed many of the apartments in the area and cassandra felt the most genuine when speaking about our potential home. She didn’t hide information and highlighted the perks of the apartments/ garden homes perfectly. The apartments here are also the best in the neighbourhood if looking for a long term home!

The people working there are kind and friendly.
But I DON'T RECOMMEND these apartments. They are full of COCKROACHES.
The roaches are horrible, they were everywhere in the apartment, inside the appliances, cupboards, pots, and wardrobes. Be ready to wake-up in the night with a roach walking on your body. Unfortunately, You can't get rid of them using traditional methods. Even after moving out of the apartment, you will still get some of them inside the moving boxes that will infest your new home.
I hoped the apartment's management found a permanent solution to this issue before moving out, but they didn't. So DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME by living there. Look for another bug-free apartment.
