I was running late because of first day of school and traffic was a nightmare around the corner from the facility. I called because even though I left earlier I was going to be late. They were very understanding and kind. When I arrived I was certainly glad that they had a 20-minute window where they asked you to come in to check in because I was actually right on time for my appointment.
Anyway, Terri was my representative at the desk she was very nice of course as always these girls are always the greatest. This is my first time using Baycare Imaging but my wife uses it all the time so I'm always there. So we know well how kind these girls are and All the techs in the back. My tech on this morning was Laura she was a little tiny spitball of energy so friendly so accommodating. I used to go to a place in Spring Hill because we used to live up there and I was used to using them. I'm so glad I decided to stay down here and go to BayCare where I will continue to go from now on. I think Terri and Laura for their patience and their kindness their big smiles and their friendliness.
I didn't catch her name but even the greeter at the door was very friendly and helped me to relax when I came in the door that I would be fine even with the time what it was.

My experiences at the Trinity facility are always excellent. It's the only one I go to. I have to go for ct with contrast yearly. Anthony always takes care of me. I have a lot of anxiety going into testing and he's kind and makes me comfortable. A great sense of humor too. I go to Trinity mostly because of him and the great staff too. Never have to wait either. Thank you to all.

My daughter was supposed to get images of her forearm and wrist, the lady that took her back for the X-ray even confirmed this and they still forgot to take the image of her wrist and then when my daughters dr office called to find out why they told them that my daughter hasn’t been seen since 2022 and her dr office said that’s not possible cause we have part of a report from y’all for her and they said oops there she is. This is unacceptable!

Service was prompt. Everyone was a caring professional. Another great experience. Should be the blueprint everywhere. Professional greeting and check-in, short wait in a clean open area. Very acommadating & helpful in prep for MRI. Ensured security of my personal possessions although they had to hold the key due to MRI obviously

Everyone from checking in to xray, Doppler and dexascan was so friendly and professional. I appreciated the level of communication during the tests as it put me at ease. The signed thank you card by each person I met was a very nice touch!

Staff and even the other patients were very nice and helpful. The ultrasound table was the most comfortable I have ever been on and the operator was attentive and kind. The xray people were helpful and suggested adjacent areas that might want to be included in my xray. I went if for my legs but I had a recent trauma to my tailbone so she did a bit wider to add that into the exam. At the end they gave me a card to call for copies of the exam to keep for myself. Very nice and a thorough exam. Well done ladies
