As a member of my strata council, I am very satisfied with their work (as is our entire strata). BC Strata is fast, efficient, and very dependable. I have lived in many condos, so I have a lot to compare it to. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. We have had a few incidents in our building (not uncommon with new buildings & stratas). Each time, their quick response & professionalism resulted in successful resolution. I (we) would highly recommend BC Strata.

Majority of the people that work for this company are racist beware, many of the people here are actually under investigation and have been followed by a private investigator and majority are going to be exposed for embezzlement, they have lots of fake reviews beware, Simone, Bruce, Pauline, and Marius are embezzlement majoity of the funds that should have been used for central AC and Heating, they also syphon Hydro in their units so beware make sure to check your electric panels.

Our building manager Jared is wonderful! He has formed a great relationship with our strata council and pays attention to our building needs. Since buying with Polygon we have had a few stressful issues and Jared has handled them very well.
