L'emplacement de Beach Tower est vraiment idéal. À deux pas de la plage et à moins de 10 minutes de Stanley Park. La vue depuis l'appartement est super, que ça soit côté ville, montagnes ou océan. On adore.
Le côté plage l'été peut-être bruyant évidemment. Il se passe beaucoup d'évènements à cette période là, mais si vous aimez participer et profitez de ces avantages, alors c'est le meilleur emplacement possible.
Niveau amenities, Lave-linge et sèche-linge à chaque étage, donc très pratique. Il faut payer pour l'utilisation.
Il y a également piscine / salle de sport / local à vélo, mais attention chaque chose est à rajouter dans le budget.
Mieux vaut également ne pas avoir de voisins bruyants car l'isolation n'est pas au top. Il y a eu également beaucoup de problèmes au
niveau des ascenseurs qui peuvent être très bruyants. Ce sont les principaux problèmes rencontrés depuis notre arrivée ici il y a un peu plus d'un an maintenant.
Overall, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The office personnel are very understanding and always helpful with any concerns or requests. It’s truly a pleasure to call Beach Tower my home!

Love living in the beach towers! Initially moved here as my first apartment in Vancouver and I had a stunning view from the get go! Location is fantastic here. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Recently undergone the process of moving from a junior 1 bedroom to a large 1 bedroom because we enjoy beach towers that much. Rohan was fantastic trying to get the best unit for me and was very diligent and professional with his work and help! Cannot thank him enough for his great service and care!

Excellent location! really close to tons of amenities. Two grocery stores within walking distance, many eating out options, aquatic center is quite close as well. Great views of English bay, sunset beach and Stanley park. All my neighbors I have met have been very welcoming and friendly. Rental office is responsive to any questions.
I had one maintenance inquiry which I made online and it was checked out the next day.

The 1br I rented was given a good refresh before we moved in. Lobby and elevators are a bit dated but that’s the only minor complaint I can come up with. Overall, extremely happy with my place in beach towers.

We lived here for two years and absolutely loved it! The leasing agent Rohan, and Ben the maintenance guy were both amazing and great to deal with as were all the staff we dealt with! But the views!!!!!! To die for. Highly recommended.

OK so my first review was June 2022 "Beautiful vintage 60s buildings well maintained. Friendly staff. Great views from the 2 bedrooms" 5*
Now 15 months later a more detailed review
* the 2 bedroom apartments are big nicely decorated and reasonably priced
* maintenance staff (Ben) are great. Issues with heat took months but appears to be finally fixed.
* cleaning staff are good
* views and location excellent
* Both elevators are at sometimes iffy, but they did upgrade them somewhat and they are better for the moment
* staff in the office seemed to change frequently and sometimes they don't get to their emails or answer phones. They are friendly.
* Posted signs say no smoking yet 6 complaints and always smoke or pot smell. My feeling is that you get a warning and next time gone. I moved into the building for no smoking due to asthma.
* 6 months to redo the pool surface now a complete redo. 2 workers, and could be another 4-6 months. Appears to be a make work project with no updates.

This place was once "the" place to be and although the apartments are nice and reasonably priced. there are no amenities, and the landscaping is dead. It's a sad remnant of what it once was.

I recently moved into this apartment and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The unit has amazing views of the water and the open kitchen concept is a nice touch that makes the space feel even more spacious. The best part of my experience, however, was working with Rhayanne, the leasing agent who helped me throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had a smooth move-in experience. Additionally, the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues I've had, making the overall living experience here a breeze. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I lived here with my wife and two dogs when we first moved in Vancouver in 2014, and had to move out because we had our baby girl in 2019. Though it is a very old building, it is really well maintained. The view of English bay and mountains always blow my mind. It is also very conveniently located in the most beautiful part of the city. I still miss my time living in beach towers, you have access to the beach, park, restaurants, anything you would need for a city life. Rent during my time here was reasonable too. I can confidently say it was the best place to live for a tenant.
