Quelques bémols toutefois par rapport aux informations affichées : le séjour dans la résidence est soumis à une taxe journalière, le coin repas est plus un bar qu'autre chose et la climatisation fait un bruit important...

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Immediately greeted by a wonderful view when you enter the lobby. To begin the staff was attentive and courteous. The amenities were clean and well kept. The room was large and the beds may have been the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and easily rate this stay a 10/10. Well done staff and team! We look forward to our next stay at Bear Mountain.

The food at the lobby restaurant was also very impressive and the brunch options were a great way to start the day.

What a beautiful resort! Very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was spectacular but didn’t open until 7pm so it made it a rush to get to our events at 8am. A little convoluted to get to the resort, but easier after driving there a few times.

We stayed at Fairways. The hotel itself was very nice, however they do not have a pool/hot tub. You can use the facility next door for a mere $47.50 per day (that is not a typo). The area is very peaceful. Other than outdoor activity there is not much else to do. There is one bar/restaurant so your dining options are limited.
There is no convenience store or the like to purchase snacks etc.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was pretty disappointed with our stay at the Bear Mountain Resort. We were put in a room that had a door that led to another suite but it was locked but obviously not very sound proof. The room beside us checked in at 2:00am and had a full on party going with music blasting. It was so loud we called the front desk and asked to switch rooms. So we moved up a floor at 2:00am. However, people were loud in the morning. I definitely got woken up five times by babies crying or people talking in the hallway. Maybe they need to replace their doors or make them more soundproof. I don’t remember hotels being this loud. I just wanted to sleep in for once! ….The shower didn’t have any conditioner or body wash - I guess the housekeepers forgot to refill it. We we’re offered our parking fee ($35) back for our inconvenient stay. Hahah Not what I was expecting for an expensive hotel.
Also both toilets in the rooms that we stayed in “ran” all night. When you flushed them they didn’t stop making noise.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. The pool is not included in the hotel stay, and it's an extra $50 to use the rec facilities in the spa. Enjoyed the golf course as well, played 18 holes on the Valley course. Course layout is a little strange with lots of shuttles and transfers to take you around, but it's confusing where everything is. The course was in good condition, but the driving range looked like something out of a Vegas desert firearms range. Restaurant was a little under staffed in the morning, but the serving staff killed it regardless. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the entire experience is over priced for what you get. Crossed it off my list, not likely to head back at the price point.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and big rooms! Went to Jacks Place at the golf course next door and they had fantastic food. Room had big modern 65” TV and only area for improvement was the rather limited cable package with 43 channels (quarter of them en Francais). This place and the community really has a wonderful vibe and calm relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
