Tessa was amazing to deal with she help us true out or application and make sure everything go smoothly me and my family or extremely happy to be a part of this new community we recently moved in A big thank you to the belview apartment team or move in when very smooth or unit is exactly what we were looking for we get the nice view of the mountains and the downtown or balcony is even bigger then what we were expecting we will create or little garden me and my family or extremely happy there is big playground in the neighbourhood for the kids will could not ask for better we have found or new home for many years to come ❤️❤️❤️ edit it’s been 6 months now that we moved in and we love or building and or apartment people at the office or amazing no problem with or apartment and will definitely not moving out this place is perfect for us there is only one unit that after the office close that we can smell cigarettes coming out the unit hopefully this problem will be solved soon because we definitely love belview apartments and the community thank you guys for all the hard work the keep the place clean Angel and Mike always provide the best service this place is amazing

We had a great experience dealing with Angel to get our very own apartment for the first time! We are extremely happy with the smooth process from day 1 until we got our unit. Hope Angel will stay for long, it is really good to know that if we encounter problems in the unit, it will be dealt with properly. Kudos!😊

We helped my my friend Eli moved into the building, they gave us the elevator for an hour but we managed to get everything done quickly.
They were very nice, the maintenance people were ready for us, basically it was organized and smooth.

We just recently moved into Belview Apartments, and we are very pleased. Caitlin was great in helping us choose the right unit for us.
The move went smoothly and The client services hotline is really great, they are quick to answer questions I have.
We love the suite and the building as well and It’s always clean.

About the building, the units are amazing, really good space in each room, good workmanship, will have space for kids and dogs! I'm exiting to leave Downtown Calgary and move for Belview Apartment.

I did a bad choice to come live here with this administration!

At the beginning they make so many promises, but in the first need, nothing is available!

Starting with payment, they put wrong information of my account, and then charged by late fee.

The kitchen cabinet got damaged by water at the first week.

The paint in the living room has a lot of marks of bad service.

I asked for a underground garage in June, they told me I was in the wait list, I come back today, I and check with another guy, and.. I was not.

And to close with golden medal, the dryer stopped to work, and after 2 month, and three technician, still the same, and with no clue when it’s will be replaced.

They just don’t give a … of people who’s renting.

Actually they even know who is living, I saw many apartments over crowded, and they still nothing interesting.

Even to finish the construction, they still “working on it”. (The last apartment was delivered in April and the construction didn’t finished yet).

So, yah, I can’t wait until my contract ends to get out of here!

If you was planning to move in, forget it!
