I shared coffee with Ben , I knew there was something special about him . He didn’t insist, he listened. He complemented what I didn’t know about the process by always being straight with me . Maybe I had no business meeting with him . My wife said, “No” she already knew who we would use for our Realtor .
I signed nothing ,

I spoke to her and she accepted a meeting with us , a skeptic but….
I think she saw it too. Everything he said came true . The way he presented our home . Drone footage , his charm in the video. He made my whole family ,including the kids want to buy our own home after watching “8254 Amberwood place” We all laughed !

Our home showed for 4hours and was gone !

Me and my wife are picky though , and agree on nothing that we want in the home . Ben you can sell a home I’ll give you that . How are you going to deal with us trying to find something we can both love

Simply the best realtor one could have. Ben was always available whenever we needed him and no matter how many times we bothered him he was always so helpful and friendly. Everything he did was completely professional from our first meeting onwards. The adverting side of things was top notch too - our photos were beautiful - and the open houses were very successful. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: if you are looking for a realtor, stop right here and just call Ben!! He sold my family home of 21 years in only SIX days for $250+K over the asking price!! I would have to recommend him for that alone, but everything about my journey with him and his team was exemplary. I had spoken with several realtors before deciding on Ben. All the other realtors were pretty vague (and depressing) about the value of my house, its flaws, its "marketability," and what their plans would be to promote/sell it. Ben came in like a laser beam, with an incredibly detailed and tangible plan for how to proceed. He was the ONLY realtor who checked out my home's electrical and plumbing on his first visit, before he returned to give me a quote (apparently at some point he also investigated the super-scary eaves of my 1912 house that even I won't go into haha). Ben is fantastic at communicating with his clients: he put up with me waffling about whether to sell now or wait, he was patient with my angst about selling the home where I raised my kids, he promptly answered my ENDLESS inane questions (without making me feel stupid), and, most importantly, he never ever made me feel pressured into anything. We agreed on a minimum price that I could live with and a strategy of how to move forward--everything was discussed clearly and up-front and felt very collaborative and open. Once we decided on a plan, Ben executed it FLAWLESSLY! I don't know how he does it, but his marketing of my place was phenomenal--over 50 groups through in 6 days, resulting in multiple offers in late October (a terrible time of year to sell, according to all the other realtors I spoke to lol). His team are also AMAZING: the video and photos of my house completely captured all the things I love about it without being misleading (it's an old house--it's not perfect). BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY EAST VAN GIRL, NINA <3 <3, who assisted brilliantly at the open houses (and is also just a gem of a human being). As a person with a historical mistrust of realtors, I cannot say how much I valued working with Ben and his team: everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I completely trusted them as having my best interests at heart. I also have to say I did not expect to have so many laughs selling my house. For an Englishman, Ben is quite hilarious, though maybe not quite as hilarious as he thinks he is bwahahaha (I am Scottish--if you know, you know!). THANK YOU Ben and team! You have given me so much more opportunity moving forward with the fantastic result you achieved on the sale of my house. I am convinced that I would not have had such a result with a different realtor.
