We tried to rent an apartment from them twice, but it just didn't work out. I understand that they have their own procedures that need to be followed (and we're very hesitant to share certain information), but their behavior, especially this time around, was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I'm sure the apartment is fine, but the management staff could use some serious customer service training.
