The process of purchasing a home requires insight, resourcefulness, technical knowledge, and drive. Fortunately, Mr. Ben Schmidt is a curator of all of those critical traits.

Ben, despite my negligible knowledge of real estate, took the necessary time to explain the ins and outs to me. He has a deep understanding of the process, and he was more than willing to take hours out of his busy day to make me more confident in my decisions and knowledge on the topic.

Ben provided me with the resources I needed to make timely and sound decisions in the process of bidding on, and purchasing a home. I was impressed by his tenacity and unwillingness to give up on an otherwise "sold" home. He provided me with an incredibly competitive edge in a very competitive market. Beyond that, he provided me with my home.

Ben went above and beyond, taking the time to carefully listen to our preferences and just as important our dislikes in every one of our viewings. He provided us the tools so that in a short time, we went from not knowing whether we were ready to buy a home to feeling comfortable in assessing potential homes. Ben also challenged us to look into our future and see ourselves happy in our prospective home in 5 and 10 years. In the end, when the ink was dry, we felt confident in all of our decisions and that first decision started with choosing Ben as our realtor.
