Very unprofessional service from Deena. Was asked to list a house proceeded to call another realtor in another town where we intended to purchase telling this realtor the seller had no business selling they don’t make enough money to purchase a home!!! I’m sorry that’s unethical! And one has no right to talk finance to another. All Deena did was fight with the sell on everything then when we wanted to pull the house off the market because after 6 months of nothing she is telling us we are under contract for a year. We decided to wait a while and it’s another fight with her. She has done nothing to help sell the house we had to push her to do an open house. Maybe a letter to the Realtor Board on her phone call to the other realtor will open her eyes on ethics!

After we changed realtors just before moving into our new home Edson had a big flood. Our home was completely fine but many others unfortunately had lots of damage. Deena put a post up with picture of flood laughing saying Karma. How professional is this when so many are pushed out of their homes from the flood.

Over the years, I've purchased two houses with Pierre from Bermont Realty. Both times I have always received honest and friendly service without pressure from Pierre. It was suggested by our agent Deena quite a few times we buy and move. Suggested we get a loan. We did. We bought and moved. During the process after the condo inspection she had us sign off on the condo’s inspection before we got the inspection report then said the condo is ours, no more conditions. We called the owner of Bermont Realty and he assured us we still had the condo paperwork to sign off on. We felt very pushed into a spot where we actually had two condo properties. Taxes, utilities, condo fees, and the loan interest for four months which stretched our finance's to the limit.
Well shame on us for letting ourselves into this position but being gently pushed into a situation like this is not the best plan for relocating.
I would never ever consider using Bermont Real Estate ever again.
