If you are looking for a realtor that has got your back, my cousin Chris Schindel-REAL Broker is my recommendation. Chris helped me negotiate a bunch of fun stuff, an entertainment theater (probably worth 2k on its own), a complete home gym (probably worth 3k on its own), a live edge bar table (probably worth 5k on its own), a custom bar barrel and 2 premium bar fridges and 7k off the offer I had put in because of things that came up due to the inspection.
