I have used BGL property management for the past 6 years. They are responsible for plowing my driveway each winter. I find them professional and courteous. They answer my questions quickly and promptly. Their work is done well and they offer good value for their service. I would recommend them for any work you need done on your property. This is one of the sleazy contractor companies hired by Sudbury to come steal all your possessions from your yard as ordered by bylaw even if you were out of town and never received the registered letter for the notice to comply to cleaning up. These guys care about the money, not about the people and families they are potentially harming due to Sudbury's lousy yard cleanup legislation, which essentially gives the city and its affiliates communist reign over you and your property. Sounds just like what Trudeau is aiming for!

I have found BGL Property Management, Inc. to be efficient and customer service oriented. Our snow plough requirements have been followed and the driveway has always been cleaned in a timely manner. BGL has also checked the house on occasion and advised us of any issues that needed attention. We highly recommend BGL for taking care of your property.

I was looking for a place for me and my friend and her 5 year old autistic son to live in Greater Sudbury area, at first this company was looking good, we were excited and saw a place we wanted as are future home in Wahnapitae. Then the application process came, we both went through the application and sent in separate applications as we are not a couple. But after that Jane got very personal and asked us personal information and questions, even accusing us of lying saying that we were a couple.
Jane even asked where everyone will be sleeping, which I feel is very unprofessional, and I feel that she should not be getting into personal business.
We have a good credit score and we have the income to afford the place we were interested in and that's all that should matter.
Well because of this it turned us off the place and our happiness turned to unhappiness, so we moved onto another company who is accepting us and we are close to getting our place.
In closing don't deal with this company especially Jane, she doesn't deserve a job in this field she is very rude unprofessional and makes false accusations.

I would NEVER recommend BGL Property Management Inc. to anyone who is looking for a property management company. My husband and I had to constantly double check our statements with a fine tooth comb as we kept finding numerous financial mistakes being made to our account. It wasn’t until numerous e-mails and left messages that we finally heard back from the owner via a rather rude and unprofessional e-mail. Instead of attending to our concerns and trying to respond to our questions, I was told (and I quote) that “our system does not let us go back that far” and that “I will not be responding to further emails or phone calls from you”. If I can save any potential future customer of BGL Property Management, Inc. from going through the same horrible experience that my husband and I have gone through, trust me when I say that you should choose another property management company and stay far away from this one.

My old landlord moved away and started using BLG for less then a year. They seemed to do a relatively good job managing the place, if not a little lacking. I had to call about a leaky faucet repair and an issue with garbage collecting outside the building. (They got the garbage, then took my complaint about the faucet, but never made arrangements. Had to complain again. Ignored again. Perhaps the landlord refused to pay to fix it. Unsure. Counter eventually rotted out due to the water damage.) Unfortunately the woman who worked there, I suspect she is the owner of the company or the manager, was very salty and rude to speak too. Every single time i spoke to her she seemed like she absolutely hated her job, and me for daring to contact her about a valid issue. She is just really rude, demeaning, accusatory and abrasive, with absolutely no provocation to be nasty. She often called, barked out some information at me, or made some unfounded accusations at me, then swiftly hung up abruptly (like a drive-by word shooting) leaving me stunned and then very angry afterwards. It got to the point after just 3 months of dealing with her, I started looking for a new apartment. The building was eventually sold and BLG was fired, so I didn't have to move to avoid her. I am a quality tenant with no issues at all and I still rent the same place years after I am writing this review with zero issues. But this person's terrible attitude just really stuck with me. It really is not a good idea to hire someone volatile like this who is going to piss off all your good quality tenants and drive them away. I get sometimes tenants need a firm hand, but this is beyond appropriate. I would strongly caution anyone looking to hire this company, as this women working there is monstrously horrible (maybe she doesn't work there anymore.. but I think she is the owner). I cannot say if they were good as a management group, but speaking purely from a tenants point of view, i really hated dealing with this firm.
