I would like to say we have been living here going on 5yrs now. Gabriel and Stacy are excellent people. They always are smiling and willing to help they are willing to work with you. We had a small problem not long ago they were very understanding. They are the best you could have.
They care about every individual tenant.
All I can say about them is we couldn't have better people in the office.
Also I would like to say that the cleaning staff are great the building is very clean the technicians are friendly and very good at what they do repairing the building and the units.

Stacy's professional support and dedication have truly made a difference and we're so grateful for everything she and the team have done. It's bittersweet to leave such a wonderful place, but we will always cherish the memories and the top-notch service we received.

We’ve been in the birch hill apartments in Fort Sask for many years now and we never have a bad experience. The buildings are well maintained, people are friendly, and I cannot say enough nice things about the onsite staff. Stacey and Gabe bend over backwards for their tenants to try and make their living situation as comfortable as possible. Any time we have had a problem, we get quick and friendly responses. They truly care about people and that is so important when it comes to one’s living situation. 11/10, HIGHLY recommend.

Stacey and Gabe have been fantastic since we moved in! If we had any concerns or questions they were easy to talk to and helped resolve any issues quickly. We decided to move units to the townhomes,due to our growing family and they were super accommodating with the transition. We have never had a bad experience. Very much recommend

Our experience living in our unit was not bad but not the best. We never were able to enjoy our balcony as people were smoking all around us. Made several complaints about the smoke smells in the hallway but seems like nothing was ever done about it. The apartment itself was great and suited us for what was needed at the time. A building that is well taking care of. However, when we moved out we ended up paying for things that was done by the previous tenants and only got our partial deposit back. Stacey and Gabe as been wonderful though. Great management people to deal with.

We were so happy to secure a great place to live before we returned to Alberta. Stacey made it so easy to make arrangements.

Stacey, Gabriel and the amazing, friendly maintenance team were great to deal with. Their response time was quick and professionally handled.

We were sad to leave, but life has brought changes to my hubby's health recently. Thank you to management for being understanding and letting us out of our lease early.

We hope the new tenants appreciate just how nice a place Birch Hills is to live.

Last March I moved into Broadstreet apartments in Fort Sask . I was looking for something pet friendly and month to month as I was looking to relocate for work . I rented a 2 bedroom unit . From the day I met with the staff to show me the unit until today I have received excellent customer service . I was appreciative that they gave a first responder discount on the down payment . I was also blown away about how friendly all of the residents were . When I was moving in the other residents stopped to welcome me to the building . The building has always been well maintained and any issues I had in my suite were actioned quickly. It was also nice to have AC in my unit . I have recommended Broadstreet Fort Sask to others . I recently gave notice to leave my suite after the deadline to be out the next month. I let the property Manager know of my situation and both Stacey and Gabe worked diligently to get my apartment rented for June 1. They were able to make it happen for me and I couldn’t be more grateful!! Highly recommend renting from them!!
