Terrible terrible people to rent from I has so many problems the list is so long I can go on and on they was over charging me rent was due on the first with grace period to the 5th and I was told a A $75 a fee after the sixth but they was charging me that on the first and Come to find out the late figures really only $50 but anyway it goes I should have never been charged for when my rent was always paid on the second or the Third and that was on my statements that I received from them also lied and said that I owed $19 from a year Before behind you these people wasn't even my landlord a year before and I also had proof that I owed nothing to my previous landlord and the lady had told me that if I'd Didn't believe her then she wouldn't move forward with a Evicting me And just to put this out there I have never seen or met this lady in person So they ended up taking me to court and at the time I just had a newborn baby that just got out of the icu and a 12-year-old preeteen They raised the rent twice in a 6 month period but when we went to court they pretty much told them that they wanted me out to rehab the place and to raise the rent again and it's crazy and poor about this as a judge allowed them to put me out when I had all proof stating that I owe them in nothing and I was up to date on all of my bills So I am now currently homeless with an Infant baby That just got out of the ICU and a 12-year-old
with nowhere to go No family no help and it is trying to do what I can
nd it hurts these people will do you really bad do not ever ever trust them and they're very disrespectful and rude and unprofessional

Lived in a 2 bedroom small apt didn't do nothing for the building had 1 hot water heater not even the right size for 3 apts and they gave me a bad review trying to get out of the apt

Morons try to charge you $75 if you accidentally get locked out of your apartment and need the help of building manager to get in. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESIONAL service.
