Matt and his team helped sell my house of 11.5 years and help me purchase my new home. From the get go, Matt and Keir, were very thorough and upfront about all of the steps for the sale of my home. They knew the market well and trusting their knowledge and expertise landed my house 25K above asking price with multiple offers, all above asking. They got me way more than I ever could have expected. When it came to purchasing my next place, I was incredibly particular about what I wanted and, Matt, without hesitation was available to show me every single house that popped up on the market, usually within 24 hours of seeing the listing.
