I contacted Brad for an inspection of an apartment I am buying. He was very thorough with the various elements of the shared property as well as the unit itself. He wrote and sent me a detailed report containing major cost items as well as minor repairs and things to monitor.
Some tips to get the most out of your inspection (especially for apartments) would be to arrange access to mechanical rooms, roof, parkade, ensure the plumbing and electrical panels in your unit is accessible, and ask a lot of questions.
Brad is available over phone or email after the fact if you had any follow up. Overall a professional experience that I would recommend.
