I don't know how good is this Strata Property Management since they are just hired by Strata Council but on my question they made some comment which I found inappropriate ? I hope that they will avoid this kind of comments in the future.

I didn't expect that Property Manager will leave the Strata Hearing Meeting after 5 minutes. I didn't say any joke or something that could be seen as sarcastic comment since my interpreter was trying to discuss maintenance issues.
Great, can you please find out if there was outdoor carpet installed as noise absorbing since Strata Council member wrote that there never was outdoor carpet 12+ years. I would like to have it installed since Im disturbed by noise between 11:00pm and midnight. Strata Council said that they have no intention to reinstall carpet and for now Im sleeping in living room due to noise and disturbance. Last outdoor carpet replacement was done if im not wrong in 2002 and it was maintained by Strata until stairs were repaired and carpet never reinstalled. Approx. 2002-2007 not sure precisely. And one more thing why Strata Council keeps confidential that Unit #4 made CRT case regarding some maintenance issues? They can share Unit number and my name with the rest of owners in Monthly Meeting minutes. They have my approval.

One more thing can Strata Council provide invoices and quotes for the exterior wooden stairs repair? Approximately year 2002-2007?

Hi Dave, I see in Strata minutes that door repair was finally approved. I was requesting common property repair since 2017 and after Strata refusal to fix the door now im getting used to it I mean im now okay to live with this permanently sealed door. please erase this item from Strata Minutes. Not necessary to fix this door.
Also, after a flood/leak in my unit i did cleaning myself. No visible damage on the ceiling except one little hole I used to investigate the leak with endoscope and moisture meter. Please advice Strata Council that they can also erase this item from the list. I don't want them to waste precious volunteer time on Unit #4 items.

Also please advice Strata Council members to contact you directly if any issue since Im now receiving some email comments from Strata President that are in my opinion sarcastic.
When we are bout Stairs and noise absorbing carpet removal thank you Strata Council for advising owners " ALL OWNERS ARE REMINDED TO PLEASE TREAD LIGHTLY WHEN USING INTERIOR OR EXTEROR STAIRS"
To bad that I had to call CRT in order to get this friendly advice sent to your clients.
One more. Can you ask Strata Council to give me back interest accrued on $10.000 that was asked by Remdal Painting over real cost of painting? They said that they have no intention to give me money back since it is in best interest of all owners. I cant see how $10.000 taken and hold for months is in my interest since I was in need of that money. Please talk with Strata Council before I contact CRT.
Great news Strata Council and their representative agreed to return the money. It will take them more than 2 years to do it but on the end that is great to see that they stopped ignoring my request. Can you please tell them to add interest on interest. I mean money they made on money they refused to return to me since project was completed? Just to avoid another unnecessary CRT case.
Hi Dave, in case that you don't know 1263 West 8th Ave Strata Council finally did return of $0 after we had a chat at CRT. I'm surprised that that amount wasn't - $1.
Hi Dave, just follow up on my question about what projects were done by Strata Council Members in Limited Common Properties without the CoV permits. One was extension of roof decks.
