I built my townhouse with Blythwood Homes and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the build, the expertise of the contractors and the knowledge of the Blythwood owners and staff made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. As someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen, having the ability to completely customize my kitchen was important to me. I was able to customize every aspect of my kitchen to suit my wants and needs. Blythwood Homes is a fantastic builder. I would not hesitate to build another house with them.

Blythwood Homes is a world class home builder. This was my first time building a new build custom home and I absolutely loved the process from beginning to end. As we were planning our retirement, we found a gem with Blythwood Homes. We were attracted to the location of the new community, the layout and design and the ability to customize our home. The Blythwood Home team was awesome to work with, the overall communication and the effort exerted to get our house ready on our closing date was remarkable. The quality of construction and attention to details was impressive. We could not be happier with our dream home. We are excited to be a part of the Vintages of Four Mile Creek community.

Our Blythwood home is now 6 years old and we are still very happy with our purchase.
Blythwood is an excellent builder, if we were to build another house we would use Blythwood to build it again. As a realtor I am proud to sell their homes.

From a totally different perspective as a condominium manager working with Blythwood Homes on a partial construction site, I have to say that Blythwood Homes is by far the best home builder who is quick to respond to issues that crop up both with the site and with the condominium corporation. Kudos to CJ and Alexandra for giving NNVLCC 302 a great start!!

We moved into lot 30, 15 mills lane in NOTL 3 weeks ago and thought I’d give you some feedback on the buying experience.

We lived in Burlington on a very busy street by the lake, yes, very close to all the new condominiums. We decided in early 2021 that now was maybe the time to go. We are both 71 so wanted a one floor home so when/if we end up with ambulatory issues we could move with relative ease.

We came to ravine winery with friends many times so we weren’t strangers to St David’s. We saw your sign and made a reservation with Randy. We ended up meeting with him about 4-5 times before making our decision. So, on March 24, 2021 we gave him our deposit. We found him very accommodating through the whole process and even during construction when we wanted to go through the house, he was just as accommodating.

Through the whole process that was a consistent thread. A few of your team we had contact with were Carm, the electrician, Glenn the framer, Les from Don’s lighthouse, Alex from Milestone ( she is a great designer and very responsive) Pat, our local person here on site, Megan, the glue during the whole process, CJ for cleaning up the final details and finally Alexa who we periodically went to.

I’ve probably left out a person or two but that captured most of them. Our friends were shocked when my wife and I were saying what a great experience it had been. We have had a few new homes and boy, do we have stories.

Looking forward to our time here in NOTL.
