The office for Briarwynd Court is run here. First off, this is the worst painted unit I've ever been in. See pictures, which only shows a small amount. When I moved in, the Unit was empty for at least a month, so there's no excuse. I also had 3 issues when I moved in and ended up fixing two myself because it took the Office 5 days to get back to my email, as I couldn't login to their Yuhu at the time.

Another warning about this place is one word, Dogs! I'm not talking about small little cute ones. I'm talking about large aggressive barking dogs. One unit has 3 large dogs too. Just trying to walk to my mailbox can be a hassle as I'll get a dog jumping up to the fence barking at me. There's a lot of kids around too so if one of those fence latches happens to break, there's going to be a major issue. I know Bwalk has a dog breed list but it doesn't seem to apply here as one unit has a large pitbull. Another has a specially erected fence for extra height just to keep their dog in check.

I've also added a RFM for a sunken sewer that's hard for me to avoid when parking. My car bottoms out in it and the office just deletes my RFM. No follow up call or nothing.

I'll also add that trying to get through their new AI phone system is a hassle. I couldn't get through for over 10 minutes about an issue so I'll leave this review. I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm fed up.

Reply: Well, I'm not listing my name and address on here. One unit, though, has three constant barking dogs and they play Shine FM radio very loudly. In fact, B Block alone has a ton of aggressive dogs for some reason.

I love living here on loop 1 (since 1999). It's surrounded by trees, rabbits, great neighbours, served by prompt snow removal & lawn maintenance. It's close to shopping, recreation, library & ETS The Boardwalk personnel are helpful, provide a sense of community & it's a safe environment.

I am so happy bout how quickly the maintenance crew responds to a request at Boardwalk.We have direct access to the crew through the portal and I love that. John and Steve addressed all of my request on the work order and so much more the last time they came.They are super friendly and accommodating. We are having a great experience living here.

Our refridgerator went on the blitz and our food in the freezer started to unfreeze. When I contacted the office for help assistance came within half an hour. They were polite and did their work well. The staff here are really nice and the maintenance is always completed as soon as possible with care.

I experienced outstanding customer service from Paul and Alex. They promptly addressed all my maintenance needs, even on short notice. Both are well-trained and efficient. I will certainly contact them again for any future maintenance.
