Bob is incredible! From helping us sell our previous house and finding our new home.

Bob was always available if you needed anything. He was very knowledgable and if he did not know the answer he would find out right away. His communication with us throughout the process was 10/10.

He does his research for whats around the area , essential services, schools, malls, etc). He knew the perfect fair price point to list based on what the other homes had to offer or were available on the market at the time, we got so many viewings and it sold within a week!

At the same time we were also eager to find our new lovely home. When we went to viewings he always made sure he communicated the positive aspects of the homes and the things we should be concerned about or take into consideration (potential noise due to highways near by, yard space, privacy, schools, safe/unsafe neighbourhood, traffic, essential services, etc.) we were so grateful for that because he made sure WE were all happy prior to purchasing.

If it were not for Bob, we would not be living in our beautiful home today.

He is trustworthy, honest, genuine and super funny! I highly recommend him 100% if you’re looking to move and buy!
