If I could give this company zero stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My partner and I were trying to view an apartment for over a week and kept getting the runaround from the staff as to why a listing that had been up since dec 15 wasn't able to be shown even though it was middle of January. When we finally found out they could start doing showings they continued to ignore our inquiries and it took over 5 phone calls to set up a viewing on a nearly 5k apartment. They expected us to change our work schedules around them and after finally getting a viewing time, the realtor showing the apartment arrived late in ripped up sweatpants looking like she just rolled out of bed. After finally getting into the apartment, its becomes very clear that this apartment isn't ready to shown or rented. There are missing doors on the unit, an old piano in the corner(that they said we could just move it somewhere else in the house if we didn't want it), no blinds on the master or secondary bedroom, the fans didn't work in the unit, all base heating had been ripped out and we were told the only heating came from the fireplace(That did not work), exposed drywall and pipes in the closet, no running water and owners random stuff everywhere. Not to mention that the areas that had ripped out baseboard heating were missing flooring. The unit additionally needed a paint job and a deep clean and when we inquired about all these issues the owner got back to them that the unit was being rented as is and it would be the tenants responsibility to put up blinds and deal with the apartment. This is INSANE at this price point. We have viewed quite a few apartments and no other company has been this disrespectful of our time and money. The fact that no one was taking responsibility for how appalling bad this whole process was was disgusting. Also advertising this apartment as newly renovated when it clearly just got a new countertop and sink is WILD considering the state that it was in. It was clear right away these guys are glorified slum lords who take properties where the owners are no different. Don't waste your time with these guys there are plenty of better rental companies in Vancouver.

As a prospect tenant, I must say there's a lot they need to improve.
Listing does not match the apartment we visited, which also needs a deep cleaning btw.
Agent arrived late. This annoys more when they send so many messages requiring us to arrive earlier than appointment hour.
Vieweing was more like enter and look at whatever you want, instead of actually providing details and amenities that may not have been mentioned previously.
With this experience, no wonder a well located apartment has not been rented yet, even that listing says it's available since September.

She talks as if she's high on drugs! She straightway cut my calls twice. Very partial in management and poor communication and response. Overall worst experience. Please do not hire this agency!

A very well-managed building, very clean, and organized, and residents are well informed of maintenance schedules well in advance. I haven't used the pool or the BBQ facilities...
But I fail to understand why it's closed during public
holidays... a time of high demand!

We just had a great trip to Whistler, staying at 4705 Glacier, unit #1. Excellent service and communication from Leo before and during our trip, I would highly recommend them again. Property was 100% ski in / ski out for easy access to Whistler and Blackcomb skiing. Very clean, fully stocked, and 100% as advertised. Also just a 5 minute walk down the hill into the village for dining and shopping. We'll be back!

TERRIBLE service. The worst service I have ever had to experience. I don’t wish that to my worst enemy. Been waiting for more than 2 months to get our bathroom tape lights fixed. I’ve sent more than 5 follow-up emails and they always reply “I’m sorry for the inconvenience we are working on getting someone to fix that”.

This is just a fraction of what we had to experience. Things were terrible since the very first day when we booked a tour to see the apartment. They just went downhill from there.

spend some incredible days in the best stay in whistler village, just a few steps from the gondola. definitely a place that all lovers of the sky and good restaurants.
