I dont have much experience in buying properties, let alone presales, but in all honesty, Brittany Ip and her team at PKWY 2 made the experience very enjoyable.

I can really appreciate the the cultural events they host and that I attended. It made the experience and the flow of purchasing that much more ennjoyable and less worrisome.

Horrible property developer. Don’t care about there residents and test the building generator at 4:30am waking everyone up. Sounds transmit through the cheaply built construction. Stay clear!

Forgive me, if this is a different corporate entity than the one operating the Skeena mall in Terrace…. I am giving one star because they have made a decision to not allowed seniors to stay in the mall operating their community. Space. The store was not the prettiest in the world but that could’ve evolved into some thing different overtime. I actually went to the mall in this space was active whereas I would not want to go in the mall previously. I think it actually brought a lot more people to the mall. It added a a more human element that malls are lacking. We crave community. We need community.

Both Tim and Milo responded promptly to services requests and should be complimented for their efforts. They were helpful. Riel, Tom (Axiom) were very helpful. Trades were helpful when they are in.

However, there were numerous issues with our heating systems which wasn’t resolved until 3 months after we moved in. The basic operation (lighting, roller shades, sounds) of the control 4 system was not functional from the beginning and still not completely.

Overall, there should have been a better quality assurance process before the unit is turned over to the purchaser.

My car was damaged in a hit and run at a Bosa managed property, and I contacted Bosa after talking to ICBC 2 days after the incident to ask about getting camera footage. I was told they would look into it that week and was subsequently ignored and never received a reply upon following up weeks later. I also went back to the property and found a camera pointed directly where the incident occured and mentioned this to the 2 people I had been put in contact with, so it's not like they would have had to check every camera.

Eventually I called the office again and was told someone would reach out, which they never did. Then that person also stopped responding. Very immature and unprofessional employees. Good luck to anyone who needs CCTV footage from a Bosa managed property; I don't even know why they have security cameras if they aren't going to assist when a crime occurs.

I purchased a unit for my client at the Cardero project by Bosa Properties in Downtown Vancouver. Everyone involved was very professional throughout the process - from the time my client first purchased during the pre-sale stage up until the time the unit was delivered. The quality of the materials used inside the unit and in the common areas was also fantastic. And the product was delivered on time! I would highly recommend their future projects to my clients.

We purchased a Encore condo home in Victoria at the pre-sale phase when we learned that Bosa Properties was a key partner. Tim from Bosa was the point person who met with us on Day One and oriented us to our unit, making sure that we understood all the features & functions (kitchen, heating & cooling system, water shut off, electrical fuse, etc.). Tim also made sure that we understood we could follow through on any “snags” we encountered. We had one issue with a slight flaw on our kitchen island that has now been followed through on. We appreciate the customer service that is thorough, always pleasant, and professional.

Tim's customer service was top-notch as he coordinated with multiple trades, the tenant, and the property manager to make the repairs happen.
