We have been dealing with Dan and Christine for the past 3 years and planned on writing a review. After reading the scathing 1 star review trashing both Dan and Christine, we decided to write our review now.

From the very beginning through to when we recently purchased our condo, both Dan and Christine have been absolutely wonderful ! Polite, professional, informative, patient, attentive and just downright really nice people !

While we love Botanica for everything that it is, to a great degree we purchased there because of our positive experience with Dan and Christine. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, we felt compelled to express ours.

Also worth mentioning, we know several people who are either living in phase 1 or who have purchased in phase 2, and all have nothing but positive things to say about Dan and Christine.
