Finding a great home is difficult especially from miles away. But with my experience with Bradel Properties leave me at ease. I am impressed how the staff and manage their clients. The staff responded quickly and there are no queries left unanswered. The properties are neatly-kept, well-maintained, and well-managed. Above all, the management has provided me options to meet my needs. Rest assured, we are satisfied with our stay that we call it a home.

Great company, great staff. The units are very nice, clean and well appointed. Rent prices are very reasonable. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and they really strive to meet and exceed expectations. Hands down one of the best rental companies in town.

Well maintained, clean building. Quiet and nice people all around. Service needed is done in reasonable time. Safe environment. I personally enjoy the patio facing trees. Best price in town for what you get.

They owned/managed one of the best family-friendly, secured and well maintained townhomes / apartments in Timmins-Ontario. It took me over 6 months to find a wonderful place suitable for a growing family. Kudos to Team Bradel for doing a awesome job !

I have been a tenant with Bradel Properties for over 15 years now, and there was nothing but an excellent experience. Amazing location, affordable rent and fantastic property management! Well maintained both inside and out!

How this rental company has not closed due to downright racism, and discrimination against service animals is beyond me. If you require a service animal, or happen to be First Nations, avoid these properties. Not only will they try to scam you into security deposits, key deposits, or other forms or Illegal deposits, they will take your money, and you will see none of it again. ( All forms of deposits are illegal in Ontario besides first and last month rent.) These slumlords are getting away with illegal acts, and because Timmins is a trash hole, the City of Timmins lets them get away with it.

Fantastic rental company. Great value on rental prices but the quality is still there. Owner and rental agents are extremely helpful and go above and beyond when the situation warrants it.

This is a great place to live! The buildings are very clean and the site is well kept. The units are large and have everything I need.
