I have lived at Creekside for 14 months, and I must say that Sherri Ann has been the best resident manager I've ever had. She is always just a call away and incredibly quick to address any issues. Sherri Ann is patient, kind, and consistently puts her tenants first. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and valued.

No matter what her day may bring, she always thinks of others before herself. Her dedication and professionalism truly stand out, and I deeply appreciate how she handles her responsibilities with such care and compassion.

Rented a unit in Calgary that was taken over by this outfit.
They let the property go to shambles and stay that way - then increased my rent by 30%. I had lived in this unit for 5 years without a complaint or even a maintenance concern. Unit was unrenovated since at the most recent, the early-mid 90's. These crooks have not a care in the world about the homes or the people they put in them - only how to squeeze you for more $$$.
Daryna was great. Her superiors, however, are worthless.

Braden Equities took over the property management of my complex from Blueprint. Neither of these companies appear to have any kind of customer service whatsoever.
I was told, upon the takeover, that my condo fees would go up. Fine, no problem. However, the company neglected (forgot? doesn't know how?) to actually withdraw the new amount on my next billing cycle. This led to a series of calls and emails (seems like they're more keen to respond when money comes into the equation) where I was told the difference would be withdrawn with my next condo fees. However, as a single mom on a limited income, I requested that the fee simply be split between the next two payments. Easy, right? Unfortunately not.
I was told that this was not possible and that the company would be updating my PAD on my behalf. I declined having someone else update my banking information, so I requested a new PAD be sent so I could fill it out and sign it with the new amount. That was never provided to me, even after multiple emails and calls, again. I should have their number on speed dial by now.
Next, I was told I was in arrears for one month of fees! Jennifer Panes, my property manager, told me she would withdraw that from my next payment as well. I did suggest, again, splitting the amount owing over the next couple payments. Instead of that, I was told that they couldn't find proof that I was in arrears, so they decided to waive that. Great! Not sure what happened there, as communication does not seem to be their strong suit.
I have now requested a breakdown of my payments so I can ensure I do not actually owe them anything that is outstanding. I have been waiting for a week for this one request and have been back and forth with emails since September. Frankly, I'm tired.

I've lived in this apartment for over 7 years and rarely request maintenance. Recently, I asked for help with a clogged toilet for the first time, and they charged me $251—during Christmas, no less. This kind of treatment makes tenants hesitant to ask for help because they’re made to pay for repairs landlords should handle.

Meanwhile, I've been living with a broken stove, a broken cabinet (for years), and even mice in the ceiling—issues they refuse to address. Instead of maintaining the property, they just keep increasing rent, pushing tenants already struggling in this high-cost economy even further. There’s no empathy or kindness from their staff, just more charges. It’s unacceptable.

We recently moved out of a unit after paying for professional cleaning. During the move-out inspection, everything seemed fine—no issues and a promise of our full security deposit back. To our shock, we received our deposit with deductions for "carpet cleaning," which was exactly the amount we had already paid. This is not just unacceptable; it’s outright dishonest.

Trying to get answers has been a nightmare. The reception staff are rude, and I’ve only encountered voicemail when reaching out. Save yourself the headache and avoid this two-bit operation at all costs!

It is really a good experience living in one of the units of grove estate property. My move in was really smooth. As they informed, they cleaned the unit well before our move in. Their property manager Charlie is really a nice person. If any problem arises in the unit he responds fast and solves it. I highly recommend this place.

Nikoleta is a great building manager really patient and makes sure she tries to resolve any issues you have with a smile on her face. Braden Equities Inc is lucky to have her as a building manager. She is responsive and takes pride in ensuring that residents feel at home at Sandlewood Place. Keeping the property safe and clean is her number one priority.

I did a lease takeover, and I do not recomend. Upon move in I saw a lot of bad damages that had been hidden upon walk through with the old tenants. So I lived in the place 'as is' as stated in the lease. I believe the damages could have been repaired after signing my lease ( at least to assist with utility usage, heating this unit was expensive). Nobody wants a hole in their wall for two years, but we made do, and covered things as we could. No confidentiality with mass group texts to all tenants within the townhouses. Also the places are pet friendly but they cannot pee or poop on the premisis 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did not feel safe taking my dog across the street at 2am in North RD. I believe both new, and lease takeovers would benefit from a copy of these rules, I was not given one. I had dog poop in my back yard and was served a Cease and Assist order.
I would not recommend 100 Jordan Parkway Townhouses to anyone. I attempted calling head office, they graciously say that they are available for questions. I would be transferred around and left messages. I spoke very briefly to an individual once in 2 years.
