Full disclosure: Bradley is a very close friend of mine. He's also been a fantastic realtor to me. When I was doing renovations to my previous home, I consulted with him to find out which changes would get me the best return on investment. When I decided to sell, Bradley managed to sell my home in less than 24 hours. I moved to another city, so he referred me to a straight-shooting realtor who would take care of me. In the autumn of 2020, we were struggling to find an affordable property in Ontario. By chance we saw a CBC story featuring Bradley MacDonald. I contacted Bradley and asked for his advice about moving to New Brunswick, especially during the pandemic. Bradley not only explained all the technicalities involved, but he was a passionate advocate for Fredericton as our destination.

Over a six-week period, Bradley worked tirelessly to guide us through the process of selecting a home by 'virtual' means. When we expressed an interest in a home, Bradley took us through the house with a personal video tour. He also took pictures of technical systems and in one case made a recorded video that covered areas not included in the listing. Bradley helped us understand the subtleties of buying a home in New Brunswick, and connected us with local professionals when it came time to finalise a deal.

But, Bradley's help did not end when our offer was accepted. Since we were going to have to self-isolate in the home, he helped us by arranging for deliveries to be received and for internet setup, prior to our arrival. Bradley has also been invaluable in connecting us with local specialists.
