This Hanna dealer used to be the go to and now that Brandt has taken over it is horrible, not the employees fault either. The parts department is so overwhelmed and the call back system is 3 hour wait! Who is going to do that at harvest! It is corporates decision making and managing that has done this. I have to add that the group of employees in this dealer are a VERY GOOD BUNCH!

What a great experience for me, as I am new to Delia and Starland! I needed a hard to find part for my craftsman lawn tractor and salesman 349 spent some time cross referencing and time again to locate the part! I got home to Delia from the dealership and IT FIT PERFECTLY! When I go for parts he'll get Timmies!👍
