Had a lovely time at this beautiful property! The view is unbeatable. There’s plenty of space for everyone and a great layout for hanging out in the family room and kitchen! Great location and close to downtown Breckenridge. And of course, everyone loved the hot tub!

Amazing location. Walking distance to Main Street with all the eateries and shops! Nice and quaint neighborhood. The condo was very clean and approachable. Everything was so well organized with communication before our arrival, during our stay and afterwards. My two boys and myself stayed there for 4 nights and it was perfect! We will definitely be staying again our next trip around if it’s available!!

Overall we had a great experience staying at 97 Gold King Way Breckenridge
. For a house that was booked about 8 months prior, we were disappointed with some issues that were not disclosed to us before our arrival. The management company knew that both stoves upstairs and down were not working so instead of disclosing that information prior to our stay they put in temporary box ovens that just weren't the same thing. We had 14 people and a week's worth of food to cook and were expecting two kitchens to work with. Upon our arrival on the first day, the garbage from the previous guest had piled up and not been removed and wasn't removed until late the next evening only after contacting management for a second time.
We had heavy snow during our stay and only one plastic snow shovel which was also a major inconvenience. The house overall is somewhat outdated and needs numerous upgrades to be worth the price they charge for a week's stay. I will say that during our stay the mgr company continued to stay in touch with me to try and meet our needs.
Unfortunately we will probably not be booking at this residence in the future.

We had a very good experience at this Condo, the pics posted are what you get. Arrival and departure were easy, the owner was accessible and the condo was very well stocked. We enjoyed the location, once we parked our car we walked to hikes in town, local restaurants and used the free bus once for a hike. I would definitely recommend this rental. The only complaint I had was that I am a light sleeper and heard the person above use the bathroom.

The home was huge and decorated nicely. Lots of great space for a large group! Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. We encountered a couple of issues with hot water and the hot tub but communication was excellent and the issues were resolved timely. Garage space was huge.

We enjoyed our stay here! This condo has a great location to downtown Breckenridge and we loved that the pool and hot tubs were just a few steps out our door! Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. The whole process was super easy too!

We stayed at the Longbranch condos #309. The unit was spacious and clean, could easily sleep six adults. It was not the most updated space (and the pillows felt like we were sleeping on rocks) but we were in Breckenridge for the skiing and nature. The unit was in close proximity to the gondola and everything on Main Street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This condo is a great place to stay. Everything was great inside, clean, modern amenities, 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, walking distance to Main St, and the grounds were well kept. We had an issue with the First Alert carbon monoxide unit at 10pm Saturday, we couldn’t solve it with new batteries so I texted the managers and they responded quickly solving the issue. We really enjoyed the hot-tub. It’s a wonderful condo in a beautiful neighborhood and a great location.
