Brenda was super helpful when helping us find a house! We were in a time crunch as our previous house sold and we needed something quite quickly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and will help in any way she can. She knew about things in the houses we looked at and if we chose that house if it was cost effective to fix or if we should move onto the next showing. She was always available when we needed her. She also steered us away from some things that could be troublesome for us with the houses we looked at. She has many connections to Mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors ect. that you need. You wont be disappointed. If you are looking to sell or buy, run don't walk to Brenda!

Oh by the way she even helped us pack!! We at the time had a 1 year old, I had just graduated from my program, lost a family member and then had to pack up and move all within a couple weeks. She was extremely good with our little one!
