Rarely does someone make such an impression as to motivate me to actually want to write a review, but Brenda did. We worked with Brenda to sell our mom’s home when she recently moved to an assisted living facility. Selling a house can be trying under the best of circumstances, but this transaction had to be done with great sensitivity to our mom’s situation and feelings and it also had to be done long distance in part as none of our family lives locally. Brenda managed things for us when we could not be there ourselves and was extremely helpful and supportive to ensure all the preparations to get the house ready for sale could be completed as quickly and smoothly as possible in the short time we were in Victoria to get the house ready to go on the market. Brenda has an extensive network that really helped get the house ready to sell in short order. What was a high stress and emotional task became almost stress free under Brenda’s guidance. Brenda was extremely motivated and energetic, and always available to us, responding promptly to emails, texts and calls. From the first day, Brenda did everything she promised. She clearly described her selling philosophy, and totally understood the Victoria housing market, generating so much interest in the property that it sold for significantly more than the asking price in a matter of days. Brenda has been absolutely great to work with and we really appreciate everything she has done for our family.
