Brendan was an absolute professional throughout the whole home purchasing and selling experience. I not only used him to purchase my home, but also to sell it almost 5 years later. As a buyer's agent, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially for a first time buyer like myself. I was purchasing in a hot market and Brendan worked with me to help me find a perfect home within my budget. He never got tired of my hundreds of questions and always was up-to-date on the market conditions to make sure my offers were competitive, without going overboard. Since he was fantastic as a buyer's agent, I decided to use Brendan again as my seller's agent, years later, not knowing what to expect. Brendan by far exceeded my expectations.
