It's a challenge to not put every other realtor down in order to emphasize how good Brendon is. They suck in comparison.
Brendon knew what he was talking about, took the time to make himself available, was very honest, straightforward, and understanding. He seems to genuinely care about finding the right place, rather than adding people to auto email list or making a quick sale. Brendon is the type of person you want to be friends with beyond the garbage fire that is home buying. I had gone through several other realtors that seemed more concerned on how they appeared rather than how much they could help. So many other realtors have an aura of arrogance that distances them from people who aren't affluent. Brendon was very approachable and would point out things to look out for.
