We retained Brent to sell a vacant condo on behalf of our aunt who moved to long term care. It was important for us to find a property management crew to empty and clean the premises, and to find additional contractors to repaint and re-carpet the unit. Brent was able to find reliable contractors for us within days, which was no easy task in light of the labour market conditions. These contractors charged a reasonable fee for their services and completed their end of the contract by the dates promised. This put us in a good position when the condo was listed in 2022. It was sold the first day offers were accepted and at a good price. Were are thankful for the professionalism Brent showed in responding to our concerns during a difficult period for our family and for looking after the many details in advance of the sale. My Aunt smiled when I informed her of what her home sold for.
