Great location, walking distance to grocery store,banks etc. very quiet, and I especially loved the washer and dryer in your own suite. Staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful,any questions were answered. Grass is cut in the summer, flower beds well looked after. Great place would recommend you check it out,if your looking for a place.

Really nice location, walking distance to most places south, rent is affordable as well. Best thing about the building is the prompt maintenance, management is always available to fix stuff and if you leave a VN during off work hours, your requests are handled first thing the next day.

I’ve been with St Regis 5 years and there am very happy with all there service . Any problems with your unit thy respond quickly and are very helpful . Great staff , housekeeping and maintenance ,never a problem with these people ever .Friendly and fair prices !!!

Great place , the rent is not expensive and what is liked the most is,its close to everything just a walking distance to schools,grocery stores,banks,and all services. Its quite and peaceful. The management team are great ,they response quickly to any issues and the maintenance guy is so polite and good in his job.I will surely recommend this place to my friends...
