In 2018, I first met Brian while he was completing a neighbor's basement.

Since then, he has completed 5 different projects at my house.

1. 2019- A fully legal basement eggress window.
2. 2020- A second floor main bathroom.
3. 2022- A "primary" suite bathroom.
4. 2024- A large four piece basement bathroom.

While completing the basement bathroom we learned that our illegal backyard deck had forced a water leak (mortar joint) into the basement bathroom for 30+ yrs. Brian and his team removed the deck.

5.2025 - Brian and his team returned and created backyard oasis. Backyard deck and large patio.

2 more planned projects. Brian is my only call.

Brian helped us find the perfect home for our growing family. He helped upgrade our home to sell, and it did in record time. He finished the basement in our new home along with a few upgrades around the house as well. Our family loved working Brian. He's just an amazing person who helped us every step of the way and was always there when we needed him.
