The ratings are true, we are fortunate and glad to have moved out. The break ins were frequent and only after the 5th attempt have they decided to add security so intruders cannot simply pry the front door open. It also wasn’t great that they did not notify all tenants of the break ins. We’ve had our cars broken into twice, they’ve just found that this building is an easy target. The units are poorly built, no sound proofing or insulation so you can hear everything and you’ll feel the cold. There are three airbnbs in this building, have fun with that.

Horrible owner to deal with; been living here since it opened, and as the other tenants provided their feedbacks;… 5 break-ins to date (as far as I’m aware of), broken glass from all our vehicles every time, weak response in terms of added security measures, heat inadequate and apartments are cold!!, sewage smell occasionally… and the owner response to our complaints and concerns are un-entertained or taken seriously, instead wipes his hands clean with rude responses and not taking accountability. I’m moving out!. I’m sorry for our luck neighbours.

4. Bunch of random people from the Air B&B
5. Heater doesn’t work properly

Brio had some issues, but it's been improving and the responsiveness has gotten better. The location is fantastic, and the units are comfortable to live in. You can't beat being so close to all the Bridgeland shops and restaurants!

READ REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING HERE!!
I do not recommend anyone to rent here. I love Bridgeland and the location is so prime so it is a shame that this place does not meet adequate expectations.
-not stroller/wheel chair friendly (funny enough there is a wheel chair parking spot in the back but no wheel chair accessible doors. )
-horrible airflow (can feel cold air coming from windows so clearly not sealed properly)
-shower heads are not to code height- so if you are 5’10 or taller have fun kneeling down while you shower (we were told many times they would change this for us and that was 8 months ago)
-can literally hear word for word conversations of other unit through the vents (not sound proof at all)
-poor security- soo many break ins!!
- airbnbs in this building add to the noise and security issue - extremely annoying
I could go on with the issues we’ve had since day one. Very disappointed

Beware! Do not rent here! Cold in unit as heaters do not work well, sewage smell from pipes, many safety issues at the building!
