Where can we even start about how much we loved our experience with Brittany.

Firstly, she is an amazing communicator. She took so much time explaining how each step of the process works (we were first time homebuyers). From before even looking at houses to making offers we felt so supported and understood what was happening because of her.

Brittany was referred to me by a realtor friend from Vancouver. My family and i were looking for a home after we were not approved for a mortgage to buy the house we had been renting, which was our plan. Brittany found us a house that fit all of us, but when we were initially not approved for a mortgage she also negotiated a price that worked for our budget. When my broker couldn't get us approved and it looked like we were going to loose that house Brittany came to the rescue again, and suggested another broker who go us approval for a mortgage that got us into the house. Her ability to write an offer that gets noticed above all others is what got our offer accepted in the first place and her tenacious spirit helped me keep going when it looked like we were just going to have to wait. We have been in our house since Sept and i couldn't be more grateful to Brittany for everything.
