We hired a real estate agent from this group to sell our property and are extremely disappointed with the service provided. There has been a complete lack of professionalism: the agent is constantly unavailable, pushes us to drastically lower our price well below market value, and claims that "everyone has to lose money now if they want to sell." They are not advocating for our interests, not promoting our listing, and appear to be simply waiting for a buyer to show up. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
