We're absolutely thrilled with the job that Justin, Hayley and team pulles together on the sale of our 97 year old aunts home in Stoney Creek. The selling of a property that has been in our family for 70 years was a ride through a full range of complex emotion and one that my aunt felt fully engaged in thanks to the very direct guidance offered by Justin.

Justin was right with us as we made decisions to prep the house for listing with suggestions on what needed to be done. He and his team put together a very professional promo video on the property that not only served in the selling cycle of the property but was watched repeatedly by family to help reassure my aunt that a proper process was in place.

I just sold my house in Hamilton with Justin and his team. At the end of 2023, it was a tougher market to sell in, which caused me no small amount of anxiety. That said, Justin handled everything, including me, like a professional. When it went on the market, my place never looked better and it showed to the best of its humble bones. That was all Justin. If something wasn't working, or wasn't right, Justin always knew a person who could fix it. In the end, everything came together and my place sold for asking.

I've sold a couple of houses in the past, back in markets when the homes were selling with multiple offers over asking or they'd go without any conditions. With the interest rates higher today, selling takes a bit more work. This is where Justin and his team really excelled.
