We were very fortunate to have Bryan as our Realtor. He is well versed with the local real estate market. We had an unusual situation with the property we purchased but Bryan ensured that we had the right clauses in the purchase agreement to protect our rights. He even remained involved despite being on vacation which was very nice of him. It was a true pleasure working with Bryan. We found Bryan in 2006 when he used to mail out a flyer called strata data. We wanted to list our townhome and buy our first house. The experience was fun and professional. He knows his industry and also Langley very well so we had a very good experience. So good, we used him again!
We also recommended Bryan to our elderly Mom. She was unfortunately needing to sell her place and she was extremely nervous to do it alone. Bryan just has a way of making you feel comfortable. She relied on him for a multitude of things and he came through for her. If she had internet, she would also review 5 stars ⭐️
