Worst company to EVER rent from. Spent 1300$ for 9days with bs charges. They are rude to the customers. Lesson learned.. will always go to enterprise in the parking lot next door before ever using budget again. Such rude thiefs.

The guys at this location are wonderful! They were gracious and kind enough to help me out after the lady at the Garden of the Gods location showed an absolute lack of care or concern in helping me. Jody and his team mate were respectful, friendly, informative and they even stayed 5 minutes late to wait until I made it up to Woodmen from Garden of gods. I would definitely recommend them. They’ll take care of you!

DO NOT EVER PRE PAY FOR ANY OF THEIR CARS IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. IF YOU DONT PAY FOR YOUR CAR IN FULL AND RETURN EARLY YOU CAN GETYOUR MONEY BACK BUT IF YOU ACTUALLY!!! PAY!!! FOR IT AND RETURN EARLY THEY WILL NOT!!! REFUND ANY MONEY. ABSOLUTELY MAKES NO SENSE AND TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY

Overall a very pleasant experience. This location is inside the Walmart on Woodman. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Car ran great and I had zero issues. I’ll definitely use Budget again if the need arises.

These guys are the best!! I wish insurance companies would use them instead of the competitors. Those guys know they have contracts so they don’t care as much about the customer. Budget does! I’ve had to come in several times because of the insurance company but everytime these guys were professional, set me up with the car I wanted and were friendly and fast. Thanks so much!!
