Trish Duncan is a remarkable real estate agent. We contacted her to help us find a home when we decided to join our kids and grandkids in Thornbury. She was a tireless companion in helping us sort through what sort of lifestyle we wanted and where we wanted to locate. She was always available to us no matter the time or day. She sourced a multitude of prospective places for us and all of them were on the money. When we toured with her, Trish was invaluable in helping us identify potential builder oversights and when we found ‘the place’, she helped us navigate the bidding process. We were looking to relocate out of the city and explored a number of different communities. Having decided to look into what the Blue Mountains area might offer but without much knowledge of the area, we met Trish largely through chance. It was serendipity!
