Visiting this mall was not a very good experience. The only way I would return to this mall is for something store specific and that is highly unlikely. The mall experience has truly hit rock bottom and is quite evident if you find yourself at this particular location

I’ve seen this mall in better days, but it’s still a decent shopping spot. It could benefit from a few more major brands and perhaps the addition of a bank or two to round out its offerings. One highlight is the farmers' market when it’s running; always a nice touch and worth visiting. The location is excellent, with easy access to both Hwy 403 and the QEW, and there’s plenty of parking available.

The best thing about this mall is that it's hardly ever crowded. I like that there's always some parking available close to all the entrances. The mall itself is modern, clean and spacious. There are quite a few useful stores if you're shopping for clothes, toys, and electronics. And a decent food court. That's why we keep coming back!

Visited Burlington Center on Saturday. The mall is clean and well maintained. There are many stores for clothing and accessories. Food court is ok, limited options, like 5 or 6 food stores. Ample parking available. Restrooms are fine.

For over 10 years prior to COVID the mall had hand sanitizer at every entrance. Today (June 29th at 10:30), I went to Guest Services mentioning this and politely asked them to pass along a suggestion to return them. The woman looked down at me and didn't even speak and walked away. She was too busy wanting to get back to chatting with her coworker. I highly doubt she will even let anyone know that I made a suggestion. Some people are not suitable for customer service.

This mall is losing its anchor stores and has been going downhill for at least 15 years. Sadly, it's becoming tired and dated. It no longer is what it was over 50 years ago. Apparently, rent for space in this facility is not aligned with the times either. I fear this will become an empty shell. May be time to consider a different purpose for this property.
