I have been acquainted with Spenser Rocky since he has come to C&C Property Group several years ago. I am so impressed with him and his professionalism. When I was renovating my apartment my painter dropped out a the last minute. I phoned Spenser and asked if he had someone he could recommend. He not only recommended someone but called them ahead to make sure they would do such a small job. As an aside, the painter he recommended was top notch. Since then our building has gone through a very contentious vote. He researched and recommended several engineering firms. The company we engaged has been exceptional at the meetings with the owners.
Spenser has come to the meetings well prepared with a 20 year history of our problem and what has and hasn't been done.
He is well acquainted with rules and regulations when it comes to strata councils and gives us good advice.

C&C have been fantastic for our 320-unit strata downtown. They are more responsive and easy to work with than the previous (larger) management company. They are proactive and do what they say they will, without passing you from person to person.

Having been in council and experienced 2 different management companies before (Assertive and Tribe) I have to say, I am so glad we made the move to C&C. C&C is A LOT more organized and responsive to small stratas (which are often neglected by big management companies), provide a lot more technical advice on building maintenance, contract issues, follow-up closely on any size projects and do their homework. They get things done without council having to micro-manage or worrying about requests falling through the cracks. They get to know the building, keep the memory of council requests and discussions and offer more reasonable/economic solutions proportionally to the size of the strata (more realistic approach).
Could use small improvements such as a billing approval system less onerous on council members and an online platform to gather all strata documents and having available to the council at all times.
Overall, really good to work with, assertive meetings and reasonable pricing.

My parent’s building in Coal Harbour is managed by C&C. C&C’s staff are highly professional and have always handled any issues with the building promptly. I would recommend their services to other buildings in Vancouver.

Awful experience working with this group; simple requests are ignored at best, or left on the wayside with plenty of excuses at worst. Trying to sell a property and have been basically stonewalled trying to get appraisals and inspections, holding up the process and costing me my time and money in the process. They fail to accomplish the most basic of duties they are paid to manage.
