First time buying a home so I walked into this with lots of nerves, but ended up having such an incredible experience with Virginia from the Design Studio. She’s very personable and friendly, but on top of that has a lot of knowledge and paid attention to details that even I wouldn’t have thought of.

She was extremely communicative during the design appointments and in between through emails. Virginia showed as various colour options and materials, gave us space to decide and choose, and was extremely helpful while keeping in mind our budgets as well! She made us feel very comfortable during the process.

Very excited for our first home and can’t wait to see the finished product. Thanks again Virginia for all the help!

Horrible, After sales Service. I have bought a preconstruction property from this builder, I thought it would be a smooth transaction dealing with them but I was wrong. I have been requesting them to lay grass on our purchased property but they keep coming with excuses. All our neighbors got new grass layed but we are still waiting for our turn, lol (Might happen in winter). Do I have to Run behind you guys to finish your job ?.

We had an amazing experience dealing with Virginia from the Design Studio. She was super knowledgeable, had excellent taste, and was extremely patient throughout all the various design appointments.
During appointments, Virginia provided feedback on our choices, pulled several complementary options/colour schemes, and made sure we felt entirely confident prior to committing to anything. She also answered questions in between our appointments and sought clarity when required with the vendors/the builder.

We were already looking forward to our new home, but now we’re even more excited, all thanks to our Design Studio experience with her!

I would caution anyone thinking about purchasing a Caivan home due to my experience with the build quality. I own a 2021 Caivan townhouse and the number of defects, both minor and major that have arrived after the Tarion warranty expiration is unbelievable. From electrical, to plumbing and structural defects, my home has them all! I have been doing minor repair after minor repair for 2 years. Just last month I discovered my second major defect which came in the form of a leaking exterior door that was inadequately installed and resulted in severe water + mould damage. Caivan's service team simply told me its not their problem.

I took over this home from the previous owner in 2023 so I did not have the opportunity to pursue claims under the builder's 2 year warranty. The sub trades do a great job ensuring their products last a short duration, but its evident to me that many aspects were not built to last the test of time. If you own a Caivan new build, please be sure to schedule a VERY IN DEPTH 1 year and 2 year warranty inspection. It will save you thousands...

Quality of houses is very bad. There are always so many issues after house is handed over and they are very slow to fix. Again they are not very honest with the issues and its resolution and do not provide any updates. Would not recommend this builder.

They left holes in the ceiling and were comfortable walking out because they closed at 4pm with no feedback as to when it’ll will fixed. If I could give them 0 stars I will.
