I recently moved in this apartment. At the time of showing we were told that they will do all the reparing n renovation which are required before giving as possession. So we agreed and we did the agreement. And after taking the deposit amount and one month rent in advance that is 1250$ each they did nothing. When we visited for showing the lady tenant was using bathroom, so we were not able to see the bathroom. Bathroom sink is horrible its black from all the sides .toilet flash doesn’t work we are mor able yo use toilet. And they just say fill the reparing form and they are not sure when the reparing will be done as they only have one reparing person. They actually cheated us and we are new here in canada and we don’t know what to do know

I called to ask for viewing of a one and two bedroom apartment. Just a simple viewing of both a one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartment. Just to see the difference. I am in between buying my own home, and the guy who answered treated me (the customer/potential renter) like absolute garbage. He yelled so hard on the phone, I had to hang it up. Not worth renting from someone who has no ethical compassion for even a simple viewing, let alone the treatment -Period.

Good but old and insect problems, very hard to chase away the cockroaches and bed bugs. I hope to get some refund once I move out.
