I’ve known Caleb for about 8 years now. He sold me my home back in 2013. I wasn’t familiar with Abbotsford at the time and he spent many a weekend driving me around showing me homes until we found just the right one. He remained in touch over the years. A birthday treat, a Christmas card, always some small token of kindness. I’ve sold and bought many properties over the years and Caleb is the only realtor who has ever stayed in touch with me which I greatly appreciated. When it came time to resell naturally he was who I contacted. A personable, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable individual. Not only did he answer my many questions and connect me with all parties I needed (cleaners, notaries, lawyers etc) he eased my mind and alleviated the stress I felt of selling.
