We attended an open house expecting a warm welcome and the opportunity to view the property, but instead, we were rudely turned away because another client was visiting. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Open houses are meant to be inclusive, not exclusive to select individuals. Such poor organization and lack of courtesy are unacceptable for a realtor company claiming to provide exceptional service😒👎🏻👎🏻

My situation was tricky and stressful but I felt confident having her in my corner. She was kind, informative, and a pitbull when I needed her to be. Saw an open house board at one of the restaurants in NE in savanna . Realtor Rubena Jessa is hosting it . Walked in to have a look and she was so arrogant and rude that she told us to get out as she is having clients coming in to see. Why will you have open house board when you are doing the showing as private . Doesn't have any professionalism what so ever . Don't know either she was being racist looking at some sikh ladies walking in or she doesn't know what open house board means . Try to learn some aticates of being a realtor and Google the meaning of open house . Work realtor I ever came across.

Worst behaviour by a realtor name Rubena Jessa . She need to learn what open house showing mean. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant realtor I have ever came across . Asked us to leave when she had open house board outside the NE restaurant name Mirchi Cafe as she said she is waiting on some clients and we cant see it even though she had a big board outside stating open house . Unfortunately I cant attach a picture of her board for some reason otherwise would have done so .

*Absolutely terrible experience!* 👎🏻 We showed up for an open house only to be rudely told we couldn’t enter because another client was inside. Isn’t the point of an open house to allow multiple people to view the property? The lack of professionalism and outright disregard for our time was shocking. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how poorly they handle other aspects of their business. Avoid this company at all costs!👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

STAY CLEAR! William Davies has represented me and my family multiple times. Each transaction has caused nothing but headache and hardship for me and my family. Will has lied multiple times throughout the buying and selling process of our homes which in turn have hurt us in the end. First part of the selling process started off well, mind you with Will being over 45 minutes late to an appointment isn't a great look. But nonetheless Calgarys housing market will make any realtor look good. Shortly thereafter things started to fall through, communication was the big factor. Unfortunately Will promised to have further reports done on the house to be completed 1-2
weeks after the house sold. It has been more than 2 and a half months and that report still hasn't been completed. As frustration grew, the realtor promised multiple times to have these reports finished "saying that they are pending with the municipality". To our surprise 2 and a half months later these reports have never been filed to the municipality in the first place. The fact that our realtor has lied to us multiple times really shows how much they care. We understand that things happen, but we don't appreciate being lied to.

If any of these allegations are untrue, we would be open to have William contact us.
